Peisley Family Oct. 2007I was so focused on writing about the snow, I forgot to mention the big change for us this year... our ward split last month (for the 5th time!!) and KC was called as the new Bishop!!! AHHHH!! It wa a shocker for us too, but looking back, we knew that we were being prepared for this change in our lives. It has been an exciting 1st month with KC having to call all postions in the ward, then set them apart and get the ward set up and running. Everyone seems to be adjusting just fine - but, oh boy, is it ever harder than I'd imagined!! I think I've struggled the most with the changes but with things settling down with meetings and stuff, I think I might make it for the next 5 or so years!!!

Wow. that is a challenge! That's not a little calling:) I'm bet you are so proud of KC but it can be pretty hard too being a single mother most of the time because he'll be gone a lot. I'm sure your family will do wonderfully. I heard about all the snow. It blew the roofs off two of my sister-in-laws houses in Utah. Crazy!
