1. Typically what time do you wake up??

Mother - 5 am...Dad - 6 am...Kids - 7 am

2.On a good night what time are your kids in bed?

8 pm...it's harder now, as it's still light!

3.How long have you been a mommy?

11 years this July :)

4.How old were you when you became a mommy?

A mature 25 years old!!!

5.What is your favorite kids tv show/movie?

They are all different ...Brecon doesn't have favorites, but does likes Pirates of the Caribbean-3 ; McKay doesn't have a favorite - she enjoys many!! ; Sydney loves many too, but the current fav is 'Yours, Mine & ours' movie

6.What is your least favorite kids show?

Sponge Bob Squarepants - yuck!

7. What are your kids 'favorite' chores??

Brecon - doesn't have one!! but does a good job on the bathroom:) ; McKay taking out the trash; Sydney - fold the laundry

8.What is your favorite meal to cook?

One that everyone enjoys and there are no complaints!!!...Like Hawaiian Haystacks :)

9.What is the meal you cook most often?

Something with tortilla shells...Chicken/ beef tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc...

10.What is your kids favorite meal?

Brecon - Hawaiian Haystacks ; McKay - Hawaiian Haystacks ; Sydney - tacos

11.What is your favorite thing your husband does with your kids?

Spend time with them in their activity of choice...and telling them stories about him growing up (around the dinner table) and seeing my kids crack up laughing

12.What are five things that make you smile when being a mom?

1.Hearing my kids laugh 2.Seeing them play nicely together 3.Having them eager to help me with chores 4.Listening to my kids talk to me about their thoughts & feelings 5.Being able to spend time together as a family and everyone is happy to be there :)

13.If you could take your kids anywhere, where would it be?

Home to Wales, of course, to visit our family there. It's been awhile.

14.When was the last time you went somewhere without your kids?

Saturday morning - Costco & Walmart (thankfully)

15.What is your favorite past time activity to do with your kids?

Play board games and eat chocolate (British kind, of course!!) :) & play on the boat with them in the summer

16.Name one thing you said you would never do as a mom?

(There are way more than just one thing...I've eaten my words several times over !! :#)

Let my kids stay up too late or throw a tantrum in a public place or tell me 'NO"!

17. What is your favorite quality your mom has?

She is amazing - she has the ability to love & teach you in a way that makes you want to do what is right.

18.What is your advice for new moms?

Take lots of pictures; journal things your kids do or say; make lots of good memories for them and for you! And try to always tuck them in at night; alot of 'talk time' will come at that time :)

19.What is the scariest or most heartbreaking moment as a mom?

I've had a few...loosing a child; feeling like you're failing your kids; when they want to do something you know will hurt them somehow, and then seeing them be hurt - heartbreaking!

20.What is your most joyful moment of being a mom?

Listening to your kids talk about the gospel (they do get it !) Seeing your kids make good decisions and succeeding in their goals :) Playing with them

21. When was the last time you were told 'I love you' by one of your kids?

McKay - last night putting her to bed :)
